Training Resources

The Kentucky Skills Network is Kentucky’s one-stop workforce system that helps companies find ways to maintain and grow a thriving workforce based on market demands. We are a partnership of dedicated workforce professionals from the Cabinet for Economic Development, Education and Workforce Development Cabinet, Labor Cabinet, and the Kentucky Community & Technical College System. The core deliverables of the Skills Network include employee recruitment, customized training and training incentives.

The Kentucky Skills Network is about ease of service, professionalism, quality resources and results. In 2014, our stable of services provided training for nearly 85,000 Kentuckians in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, energy, distribution and research and development. This includes approvals for over $14 million in training incentives to more than 4,000 companies located in the Commonwealth.
